RENT THE BARN EVENT SPACE The Loafing Shed addition has an event space as seen above. It may be rented for private events, although at this time we are not hosting weddings. Space can be expanded during nice weather by opening a set of double doors to an adjacent patio and the yard surrounded by the wheel fence. The commercial kitchen may be rented along with the event space if desired. Renters may use the Barn's 6' rectangular tables, 5' diameter round tables and chairs at no additional cost. Renter sets up and takes down the tables and chairs. COMMERCIAL KITCHEN The commercial kitchen, approved by the Whitman County Health Department, may also be rented by food entrepreneurs who need space to create their product. Rental rates vary depending on whether the renter is a private user or a non-profit, community or governmental group. There is a two hour minimum rental and the rate varies with the number of guests attending. Some staffing is required for all events.
