January 12 -January 26
Opening Reception January 12, 1pm - 3pm

“Birds of a Feather Flock Together”  an eclectic showcase of work by Pat Suhr, Craig Whitcomb and Jill Anton. The Exhibit Continues Thursday through Sunday 10am-4pm until January 26.

Feather art by Pat Suhr, watercolors by Craig Whitcomb and textiles by Jill Anton.

Pat likes to keep her hands busy and raising a flock of birds left her with many feathers, so she started creating feather art with the surplus of feathers.

Jill took a quilting class 25 years ago, and a lady had made a quilt with Japanese fabric, and she challenged Jill to make something different from the leftovers. A week later Jill returned with several wall hangings made with the leftovers and two were purchased at the class and it started a lifelong passion making art quilts.

Craig Whitcomb is a multi-media artist who works in watercolor, graphite, pastel, acrylic, and colored pencil.  Whitcomb’s approach is eclectic in style, method, and subject.  His art reflects his many world travels.
